I cut for retention: every frame has to earn the next one. Three channels of my own, two of them built up and sold, plus client work for one of the biggest short-form networks on YouTube. Every card links to the post on each platform it went out on.

Reaction Shorts built around Ronaldo, Speed and the kids: hook first, punch-ins on every reaction. I grew it to 100K subscribers and sold it in October 2025; these are my cuts from that run (the channel is at 887K today).
